Company History
Established in Brisbane in 2017, ClearSky Allied Health was known at that time as Australian National Lifestyle Assist. The organisation was predominantly a supports coordination entity, with a small team of behaviour support and occupational therapy staff. Operating entirely in the NDIS in a community setting, the organisation supported participants in the Brisbane and Logan LGAs of southeast Queensland.
In July 2023, new leadership was established and the organisation rebranded under the name ClearSky Allied Health. With this new name came the organisation's commitment to pivot to an allied health focused team and mission.
By the end of 2024 ClearSky had grown its allied health service lines from two to nine (speech pathology, behaviour support, occupational therapy, social work, psychology, exercise physiology, physiotherapy, dietetics and counselling), over doubled its staff from 18 to 41, and commenced services in Sydney and Melbourne.
2025 has seen even further growth and change for the organisation with the establishment of in-clinic services out of its Hamilton office, the acceptance of Medicare, private insurance and DVA clients, and the opening of offices in Toowoomba and the Gold Coast.
With a clinician staff size now over 50 across three states, ClearSky Allied Health is poised to grow further to support more individuals across many communities.
