Emble Allied Health
Company Overview
Emble Allied Health is a multidisciplinary allied health organisation based in Melbourne's north-east.
We support children, adolescents, young adults and their families through evidence-informed, person-centred services delivered across clinic, community, outreach and telehealth settings.
Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Art Therapists and Key Workers who work collaboratively to support participation, independence, connection and quality of life.
At Emble, we are committed to clinical excellence, meaningful outcomes and continuous improvement. We invest heavily in supervision, professional development, leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration to create an environment where both clinicians and participants can thrive.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our services beyond traditional paediatric therapy models and building innovative pathways that support individuals and families across different life stages and community settings.
Company History
Founded by Speech Pathologist and CEO Talia Pulis, Emble Allied Health was established with a vision of creating a service that empowers people, strengthens families and builds more connected communities.
What began as a paediatric allied health practice has grown into a multidisciplinary organisation supporting children, adolescents and young adults across a broad range of developmental, disability and wellbeing needs.
Over time, Emble has continued to evolve in response to the needs of the community, expanding its service offerings, strengthening its clinical governance systems and investing in workforce development, leadership and innovation.
Today, Emble is focused on building a sustainable, high-quality allied health organisation that delivers meaningful outcomes for participants while providing clinicians with opportunities to grow, lead and contribute to the future of the profession.
