Company Profile
Grow Occupational Therapy
Company Overview
We’re Jessie, Andrew and Monica. We’re a small team. We all live in a great place of the world- a small coastal community in southern Tasmania, just outside of Hobart.
We work in a hybrid model. We see clients in the community, work from home and also out of a co-working space in Central Hobart. Working with a diverse range of different professions provides opportunities to work outside of the box and network with others outside of the allied health sphere. We promise a workplace that supports you but also challenges and develops your skills.
We are into innovative ideas, being environmentally proactive and community minded. We are on a goal to be a carbon free OT practice, and we're on the way with our work vehicles being 100% electric.
We are a dedicated team but we also know how to switch off! We all spend time in the Tassie environment mountain biking, surfing, climbing and camping. So we work 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday. (Sometimes we get busy and we choose to work occasional Fridays, but we’re closed to clients).
Company History
Grow Occupational Therapy was founded in 2014 by Andrew and Jessie Bynon. We believe in equitable access to high quality, evidence-based therapy services for people who live in the Hobart region and surrounding areas. We are a small team dedicated to making a big impact for our clients, in a way that leaves a small footprint on our planet.
We are in a position where we need to grow our team, and are looking for a likeminded person to join us.
