At OTAH, we take a holistic approach to Occupational Therapy. We believe that every individual is unique, and we work with participants to create a personalized plan that meets their specific needs and goals.

We use a social model to drive our Occupational Therapy, which means that we focus on building participants strengths and abilities, rather than treating their limitations. We work together with them to identify any social or environmental factors that may be impacting their independence, and we find ways to address these factors to improve their quality of life.
At OTAH we believe the best outcomes are achieved in the home where individuals are most comfortable and where skills are easily transferrable. Our therapists facilitate this by working in a multi-modal model, inclusive of therapy in the community and non-face-to-face work completed in the comfort of their own home.
