Physiotots is a well-established and highly respected paediatric physiotherapy and occupational therapy service, proudly supporting families across Melbourne for over 25 years. We specialise in working with infants, children, adolescents, and young adults aged 0–18+ years,continuing to provide care and support well into adulthood where needed.
At the heart of Physiotots is a small, nurturing team of dedicated therapists who are passionate about empowering children and families to reach their full potential. We are renowned for our family-centred practice model, placing parents and caregivers at the core of every decision and recognising that meaningful progress starts with strong relationships.
Our approach is guided by evidence-based practice, combining clinical expertise with the latest research to ensure each child receives individualised, goal-directed support. We offer a variety of flexible services to suit diverse needs, including: one-on-one therapy, group programs, hydrotherapy and school holiday programs
Therapy sessions are delivered in a range of settings to best meet the needs of families, whether that’s in our welcoming clinic spaces, at home, in schools, childcare centres, or out in the community.

25 years of practice starting as a sole trader and currnetly becoming a company Pty Ltd.
A small but nurtuirng private practice built on GIVERS values for both clinican, child and their families.
