Description
We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (Level 3) to join our allied health team. You'll manage your own caseload of NDIS participants, including adults with complex needs living in SIL settings, with the autonomy to structure your week around client appointments.
This role is work from home outside of client-facing appointments — no office attendance required. Report writing, planning, and administration are all done from wherever suits you.
We're genuinely flexible on employment type. Whether you're looking for casual work that fits around other commitments, part-time hours, or a full-time role, we'll structure the position around you.
Requirements
Conducting functional capacity assessments, home and living assessments, and assistive technology assessments for NDIS participants
Developing and reviewing therapy plans and delivering evidence-based interventions
Preparing high-quality NDIS reports, including FCAs, AT applications, and home modification recommendations
Working collaboratively with support coordinators, SIL teams, families, and other allied health professionals
Providing clinical input into participant support plans and risk assessments
Contributing senior clinical expertise to our multidisciplinary team, with scope for supervision and mentoring as we grow
